A vendor with a perfect score would publish batch-linked COAs from an accredited independent lab, display full labeling on every product page, and maintain a written, publicly accessible policy for every customer-facing process.
COA availability means more than posting a single PDF somewhere on the site. Full credit requires batch-specific documents, meaning the certificate number or lot number on the COA matches what ships to the customer. Generic or undated COAs score partial credit. Third-party testing independence means the lab performing analysis has no ownership or financial relationship with the vendor. In-house HPLC results score lower than results from accredited contract labs such as Janssen PMP, Intertek, or equivalent ISO 17025 facilities.
